Tour Operator Reservations Consultant:

Far East / India /Middle East / Indian Ocean / Southern Africa & Caribbean
A vital key to our success is the nature of the service we offer in terms of individual care from knowledgeable personnel. Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate, with good sales and customer service skills.


Key responsibilities:
  • Action all incoming enquired in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients by listening to the client's
    needs and tailor making the itinerary to meet their requirements
  • To offer expert knowledge and advise on destinations
  • Up selling to maximise revenue on bookings
  • To efficiently perform all administrative duties associated with the role
  • Responsible for selling tailor made holidays to worldwide destinations

The right candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Experience in using Amadeus or similar CRS /GDS
  • Excellent and specialized destination knowledge
  • Persuasive and confident individual who can adapt to differing circumstances and is comfortable
    selling a luxury brand.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Optimistic and resilient with the ability to get up and go and motivate themselves
  • Driven to achieve company targets
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
  • IT Literate with working knowledge in Microsoft package
  • Knowledge of working with CRM would be desirable

Commission structure:
Hitting the base target will earn a minimum £300 per month whilst exceeding this will earn you up to £1000+ per month

Salary: £22k+ dependent on experience (plus commission)
